Evian Thonon Gaillard’s defensive midfielder, Eric Tié Bi, is reportedly a target for Valenciennes. The 22-year-old Ivorian could be considered as a replacement for Rémi Gomis, who is expected to move to another club next season. Tié Bi, trained at Lyon, hasn’t seen much playing time with Evian and might be open to a move. However, the clubs need to reach an agreement on the transfer fee for the potential move to happen. Eric Tié Bi joined Evian in May 2010 and was part of the squad that won the 2010-2011 Ligue 2 championship.
