Paul Pogba: Juventus’ Rising Star and the Most Expensive Player on the Market
At just 21 years old, Paul Pogba (10 matches, 3 goals in Serie A this season) is rapidly becoming one of the brightest young talents in world football. His performances have caught the attention of top clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid, both of whom have shown interest in the French midfielder of Guinean descent.
Pogba’s management, led by agent Mino Raiola, has made it clear that any team looking to secure the midfielder’s services will have to pay a premium. After extending his contract with Juventus until 2019, Pogba’s future remains a topic of speculation. Raiola recently confirmed on GR Parlamento that Pogba is currently “the most expensive player on the market,” and Juventus has already turned down two major offers for him last summer.
