Ibrahim Sissoko Completes Move to Turkish Side Eskisehirspor
Ivorian midfielder Ibrahim Sissoko has officially left English club Wolverhampton Wanderers, sealing a permanent move to Turkish outfit Eskisehirspor.
The transfer was confirmed on Thursday, with Sissoko signing a three-year deal with the Süper Lig club, who finished 12th in the Turkish top flight last season.
Sissoko had been on the books at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg but struggled to make an impact during a series of loan spells. Last season, he was loaned to AS Saint-Étienne in France, where he made just four appearances under coach Christophe Galtier. He later joined Spanish side Deportivo La Coruña, but his time there also failed to reignite his career.
The 23-year-old now hopes to find more stability and playing time in Turkey as he looks to get his career back on track.
