Official: Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik Joins Toulouse FC
As previously reported, Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik is now officially a Toulouse FC player. The Cameroonian international has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the Ligue 1 side.
The 25-year-old defender joins Téfécé from Stade Rennais, where he had just six months remaining on his contract. Out of favor under coach Philippe Montanier, Kana-Biyik was free to explore opportunities elsewhere.
Rennes has confirmed the transfer, finalizing the departure of a player who was no longer part of the club’s sporting plans. The move offers Kana-Biyik a fresh start and regular playing time in the heart of the Toulouse defense.
