Stade de Reims have confirmed the signing of Cameroonian central defender Samuel Kotto from Belgian side Gent, adding further strength to their squad as the Ligue 2 BKT season enters a decisive phase.
The 22-year-old arrives on loan until the end of the campaign, with an option to make the move permanent.
His recruitment follows the recent arrival of Yassine Benhattab and marks Reims’ second reinforcement as the club looks to reinforce key areas in pursuit of its objectives.
Kotto joined Gent in January last year after leaving Swedish club IFK Värnamo.
