Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor are reportedly interested in signing Nigeria international Bruno Onyemaechi from Portuguese club Boavista. Despite failing to build on their Super Lig title win two seasons ago, Trabzonspor has been active in the transfer market, aiming to challenge the likes of Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray for league supremacy.
The 25-year-old Onyemaechi, who has been a regular fixture in Boavista’s defense for the past two seasons, could be the answer to Trabzonspor’s need for reinforcement at left-back.
Having featured in every Liga Portugal game this season, Onyemaechi has proven his consistency and reliability.
His current market value is set at €3 million, a figure that is well within reach for the Portuguese club.
Onyemaechi, who has spent the entirety of his professional career in Portugal with Boavista and previously with Feirense, may be open to a new challenge in Turkey.
