Toulouse FC extends invitation to Wydad’s midfielder Haimoud

Wydad Athletic Club has received an official offer from French club Toulouse FC, expressing interest in entering formal negotiations to sign attacking midfielder Abdullah Haimoud.

According to a Wydad source, the club’s secretariat received an official correspondence from the French side and presented it to Wydad’s president, Abdelmajid Berinaki, for necessary deliberations and response through a formal letter.

The same source revealed that Wydad does not object to the transfer of its players to Europe to enhance their footballing abilities, provided that the financial offer from the French club aligns with the aspirations of player Haimoud.

Additionally, Wydad is a pivotal club poised to participate in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

Haimoud is considered one of the top attacking midfielders in Morocco and has contributed significantly to Wydad’s success in clinching various national and continental titles.
