Ghana international Mohammed Kudus has emerged as a top transfer target for Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspurs as the summer transfer window approaches.
Kudus, who plies his trade for West Ham United will be one of the most sought-after players in the forthcoming transfer window.
According to reports, Tottenham is mulling a bid for the talented Ghana international, who has a €90 million release clause.
Tottenham, who are seeking to strengthen their squad for the new campaign will in the coming weeks open negotiation with West Ham United in an attempt to lure Kudus.
Kudus made 24 Premier League appearances and scored three goals in his first season with West Ham. Major Premier League teams have noticed Kudus’ versatility as a winger and midfield player, though, in addition to his numbers.
The versatile player is still a great asset for West Ham, and his contract is slated to expire in 2028. Despite this, the London club is open to negotiations, having confirmed that Jarrod Bowen is the only player deemed non-transferable. This leaves the door open for Kudus to potentially leave if the right offer comes in.
Meanwhile, Tottenham could face a stiffer competition in the pursuit of Kudus, who has attracted interest from other Premier League teams including Arsenal, Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Newcastle United.
