Tottenham eye PSG winger Ibrahim Mbaye in potential Premier League move
Tottenham are being linked with a move for Paris Saint-Germain right winger Ibrahim Mbaye, the French-Senegalese teenager who has rapidly emerged as one of the most highly valued young attackers in Ligue 1.
Mbaye, 18, is currently listed with a market value of 30m and has been part of PSGs first-team set-up since being promoted from the clubs Espoirs squad ahead of the 2025-26 season.
Born in Trappes in January 2008, Mbaye is eligible for both Senegal and France and is a right-footed attacker who operates primarily from the right flank, standing at 1.75m.
He has come through PSGs youth structure in quick succession, progressing from the U17s to the U19s, then to the Espoirs side in 2024, before stepping up to the senior squad the following summer.
Mbayes valuation has risen sharply over the past two seasons, climbing from 2m at 16 with PSGs Espoirs to 15m shortly after his move into the first-team picture in late 2025, before reaching its current 30m in early 2026.
The winger wears the No 49 shirt for PSG, where he is also listed within the clubs national-team age-group set-up, reflecting his status as one of the capital clubs most highly rated prospects.
Mbaye previously spent time with FC Versailles 78 at youth level before joining PSGs academy in 2018, a move that set him on the pathway toward the Ligue 1 champions senior squad.
There is no indication of an agreement between PSG and Tottenham, and at this stage the north London club are only being credited with an interest in the 18-year-old winger.
