Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing France-born striker of Congolese descent, Arnaud Kalimuendo.
The English Premier League club has already inquired about the possibility of signing the player this summer.
The Premier League outfit are eyeing the 23-year-old striker as they look to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the 2025/26 football season.
Kalimuendo, who has enjoyed a strong campaign with Rennes, scored 18 goals and provided three assists in 34 appearances across all competitions.
According to reports, other clubs, including Bayer Leverkusen and Newcastle United, are also monitoring the striker’s situation.
However, neither club has made a formal approach thus far.
Kalimuendo joined Rennes from RC Lens in a €25 million deal and has since established himself as a key figure in Brittany.
With his market value nearing its peak, Rennes may consider cashing in, especially with the striker’s contract set to run until 2027.
Tottenham’s formal approach makes the club the favourite to sign Arnaud Kalimuendo this summer.
