Experienced South African trainer Pitso Mosimane has refused to rule out Orlando Pirates coaching job.
The South African giants are seeking for a new coach as Spanish tactician Jose Riveiro is set to depart the club at the end of the campaign.
Mosimane, considered as one of the best coaches on the African continent has had stints with Al Ahly, Al Ahly Jeddah, Al-Wahda, Abha, and Esteghlal. He spearheaded Al Ahly-s back-to-back CAF champions League success
The renowned coach has, however, refused not ruled out the possibility of replacing Jose Riveiro as the head coach of Orlando Pirates.
“Why not? It has to be the right project. It has to happen at the right time.”
Riveiro has been instrumental since joining Orlando Pirates three seasons ago. He is currently in the semifinals of the South African Cup competitions and the CAF Champions League campaign.
As he is set to leave, Pirates are aiming to hire an experience coach to steer affairs of the club.
