TOGOLESE RAZAK BOUKARI SIGNS FOR WOLVERHAMPTON

razak boukari 22

Razak Boukari, the Togolese striker, has joined Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves) in the English Championship (second division) after signing a four-year contract. The transfer fee for the 25-year-old player from Stade Rennais is reported to be around 3 million euros. Despite having successful trials with Premier League clubs West Ham and Aston Villa, Boukari was drawn to Wolverhampton’s goals and history. In disagreement with his former coach Frédéric Antonetti at Rennes, Boukari had been looking for a new club. He expressed his excitement about contributing to Wolves’ objectives and helping the club secure promotion to the Premier League in the coming season. Razak Boukari started his professional career in French Ligue 2 with Châteauroux and has since played for clubs like Lens and Rennes. He has dual Franco-Togolese nationality and has represented Togo at the international level.
