The Togolese Football Federation has denied allegations in the press that FIFA suspended subsidies to the FTF due to poor management. Following an official letter from FIFA regarding the non-justification of expenses allocated for the 2012/2013 period, some press reports considered it a sanction against the FTF. However, the general secretary of the FTF, Yvette Klutsè, stated that all requested management documents had been provided to FIFA, and rumors about sanctions imposed on Togo by FIFA were false.
