Togolese defender Klousseh Agbozo returns to Stade Tunisien
Klousseh Agbozo has rejoined Stade Tunisien, signing a two-year contract with the club. The Togolese international, who left Tunisia a year ago, has officially made his return as confirmed by Stade Tunisien through a statement on social media. The 30-year-old defender is now committed to the club until June 2026.
Agbozo’s arrival brings valuable experience to Stade Tunisien, which harbors ambitions of securing the Tunisian championship title.
Known for his versatility, Agbozo primarily plays as a central defender but can also be deployed as a left-back, making him a key asset for the team.
This is not his first stint in Tunisia, as the player previously represented Olympique Béja, joining them in October 2020 from Dynamic Togolais.
Since his time at Olympique Béja, Agbozo has continued to build an impressive career.
His journey has taken him to Egypt, where he featured for clubs like Al Ahli and Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, and more recently, he played for Al Naft SC.
Now valued at €350,000, Agbozo’s return to Tunisia is seen as a strategic move for both the player and the club.
Stade Tunisien, eager to bolster their squad with experienced talent, hopes Agbozo will play a significant role in their pursuit of domestic success.
His defensive strength and adaptability are expected to be crucial for the club’s ambitions in the coming seasons.
