A FIFA delegation, expected in Lomé since the beginning of March, has been actively engaged in its mission, and it will address the press on Thursday, as announced by the communications service of the Togolese Football Federation (FTF).
The primary objectives of this delegation include “defining and framing FIFA’s support for the Togolese Football Federation for the year 2013” and “finalizing the implementation of financial management measures and mechanisms for the project with the FTF, FIFA, and KPMG Togo.” These measures were outlined by the FIFA Finance Committee during its session on December 13, 2013.
The delegation is expected to present its conclusions during the press conference. The press, known for its critical stance on the FTF’s management, is likely to closely scrutinize the outcomes and decisions resulting from FIFA’s engagement with the Togolese Football Federation.
