Togo defender Kennedy Boateng set to miss 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers

Togo are likely to be without Kennedy Boateng for their upcoming 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches after the defender suffered an injury with Al Fateh last week.

Boateng was not included in the squad of 25 players selected by Togo manager Patrice Neveu for the next fixtures. His absence adds to the uncertainty surrounding the Eperviers’ defence ahead of their qualifying campaign.

The defender will now focus on his recovery as he works towards returning to action and making himself available for Togo again as soon as possible.
