The Togolese Football Federation has decided to postpone the 34th and final day of the national first division football championship. This decision is aimed at allowing the federation to focus on the crucial match between Togo and Gabon in the CAN 2013 qualifiers. The president of the FTF, Améyi Gabriel, is determined to prioritize preparations for the continental meeting and is committed to doing everything possible for qualification. Several players have been reported to be unavailable for the match, including Razak Boukari, Serge Gakpé, and Floyd Ayité, while the return of Reims goalkeeper Agassa Kossi is anticipated. The Togo-Gabon match is scheduled for October 14 in Lomé.
