Head coach of the Togo national team Nibombe Dare has unveiled his squad for the much-anticipated 2026 World Cup qualifying matches against Mauritania and Senegal.
The Hawks will play host to Mauritania on March 22 before traveling to face powerhouse Senegal on March 25, 2025.
Togo has been unimpressive in the qualifiers after four matches. They are currently fourth in Group B, accumulating just three points.
However, Nibombe Dare and his charges will be eyeing positive results in the upcoming matches as they seeks to rejuvenate their qualifying chances.
Togo faces a daunting task as they take on Senegal, who are keen on securing qualification to the biggest soccer mundial.
Among the squad is former Ghana Premier League trio of Kennedy Boateng, Youssifou Atte and Yaw Annor.
The trio switched allegiance to represent Togo at the international level due to lack of opportunities in the Black Stars.
