The day after launching his SEA foundation, Emmanuel Adebayor Sheyi, the captain of the Togo national football team, visited the offices of Africa Top Sports. After a photo session and a tour of the site, the Spurs striker expressed appreciation for the work being done and expressed a desire to collaborate with Africa Top Sports to make further improvements.
“We are on the field, we play ball. On the Africa Top Sports website, I am very happy to see the brothers working there. We are all here to help each other. As we notice that our brothers are pushing us, helping us, why not come and say hello to them.”
“I think it went very well. I found some good friends who took another path, that of journalism, and we decided to be a footballer. And there you have it, artists need journalists as well as players to make things happen. We will find a way to work hand in hand to move things forward.”
