Tickets printed for the much-anticipated South African Premier League clash between Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs are sold out.
Sundowns, who sit of the Premier League standings will play host to Kaizer Chiefs at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
The match initially scheduled to take place at the Loftus Versfeld has been moved to the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
On Monday, Sundowns had confirmed tickets had gone on sale. However, just a few hours later the league leaders announced tickets have been sold out.
Sundowns are on top of the table with 48 points after 18 matches into the campaign. They have recorded 16 wins and 2 defeats, highlighting their determination to annex the league title at the end of the season.
Kaizer Chiefs on the other hand, are seventh on the league table, accumulating 25 points from 18 matches in the top-flight. They have recorded seven wins, seven defeats and four draws from the matches played so far.
