Barcelona prodigy Lamine Yamal has shared his reflections on the sense of calm he experiences inside mosques, noting that the feeling transcends religious boundaries.
Speaking about a recent visit, the young star highlighted the serenity of the environment.
“We went to the mosque and spent the day there. Honestly, the mosque gives a lot of peace… whatever your religion is. If you go there you will feel at peace,” the talented attacker said.
Yamal further explained that the experience holds even deeper meaning for him as a Muslim.
He added, “For us as Muslims, it gives us greater peace, so I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was a peaceful moment on a trip with my family and friends.”
The Barcelona forward was reflecting on his visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi, which he toured during his Christmas holiday away from Europe. He described the moment as both personal and spiritually fulfilling.
