The foundation of the Real Club Deportivo Espanyol de Barcelona has signed a study-sport partnership agreement with two Senegalese training centers, the Césars of Dakar and Guerrero Promofoot of Louga. The partnership aims to train young Senegalese footballers aged 13 to 18, with an emphasis on education. The best students may have the opportunity to take tests at Espanyol. The Spanish club is implementing similar initiatives in Ivory Coast, Morocco, Nigeria, and Brazil.
