Ghanaian striker Nasiru Mohammed, aged 18, has signed a four-year contract with the Swedish club BK Hacken. Mohammed initially joined the club on a 4-month loan from Ghanaian club Rainbow FC in July. His new contract ties him to Hacken until 2016, and he aims to fill the shoes of his compatriot Abdul Majeed Waris, who is expected to join Spartak Moscow in January. Waris is the current top scorer for Hacken with 22 goals. Nasiru Mohammed was also the captain of the Ghana under-17 team, which unfortunately failed to qualify for the upcoming African U-17 Cup of Nations in Algeria.
