The elected Discipline Committee of the Sudanese Football Association convened its first post-regulation meeting (24) under the chairmanship of Mr. Mahdi Mohamed Khalil (Al-Bahr).
The committee addressed various complaints submitted to them, reaching several decisions after thorough deliberation.
The committee resolved to address a communication to the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Al-Rabita Kosti Club, Mr. Ali Kamal Guneif, concerning the complaint brought against him by the Legal and Membership Affairs Committee of the Sudanese Football Association.
This followed his response to their allegations.
The response aims to clarify certain inquiries and proceed with the proceedings for the session scheduled on February 6, 2024.
Furthermore, the committee decided to communicate with Mr. Nouri Habib to respond to allegations made against him based on statements by the Treasurer of Al-Rabita Kosti Club.
This pertains to the match between Hay Al-Wadi Nyala and Al-Rabita Kosti on April 7, 2023, within the Premier League.
The committee will continue with the procedures for the session scheduled on February 6, 2024.
The committee also resolved to communicate with the Board of Directors of Hay Al-Wadi Nyala Club to respond to statements made by the Treasurer of Al-Rabita Kosti in his response to the legal complaint forwarded by the Legal Committee to the Discipline Committee.
This includes the commentary on their match against Al-Rabita Kosti on April 7, 2023, and the training camp in Saudi Arabia, alleged to be at the expense of the Sudanese Football Association.
The proceedings will continue for the session scheduled on February 6, 2024.
Lastly, the committee decided to communicate with the Board of Directors of Al-Amal Atbara Club regarding the complaint filed against them by Mr. Ashraf Al-Tijani.
The response and further proceedings will be pursued in the session scheduled on February 6, 2024.
