Withdrawal option not available: KYC has not been completed or is still pending review. Submit identity and address documents via My Account and wait for approval (typically 1–2 business days).

Withdrawal rejected: Most commonly caused by a name mismatch between the YesPlay account and the bank account, or by bonus wagering requirements not yet met on the funds being withdrawn.
Balance shows but withdrawal fails: Check whether the balance is in the main wallet or bonus wallet. Only main wallet funds (real money) are withdrawable. Bonus funds require wagering requirements to be completed first.
