Spain international of Morocco descent Lamine Yamal missed Barcelona training ahead of their Spanish Super Cup clash against Athletic Bilbao.
In a high-stake clash on Wednesday, the Catalan giants will battle it out with Athletic Bilbao in the semifinals of the Cup competitions with both teams seeking for victory to secure a place in the finals.
Yamal did not take part in Barcelona’s team training session ahead of the much-anticipated clash, scheduled for tomorrow. The enterprising winger is working individually on a special program.
Despite missing training, Yamal is expected to feature in the high-stake clash, as the technical team continues to work on him.
The 18-year-old attacker has been outstanding for the Spanish giants in the ongoing campaign, scoring nine goals and delivering eleven assists in 21 appearances.
Yamal is expected to play a huge role for Barcelona as they gears up for the crucial game against Athletic Bilbao.
