South African outfit Kaizer Chiefs have decided to offer midfielder Mduduzi Shabalala a new contract at the club.
The 20-year-old South African attacking midfielder has been impressive since joining the club in June 2022.
With his contract set to expire in the summer, Kaizer Chiefs have decided to extend his stay due to his swashbuckling performance for the club.
According to reports, negotiations between both parties over contract extension are far advanced. He is expected to put pen to paper in the coming days.
Shabalala has racked up four goals and provided an assist in 10 appearances in the South African top-flight campaign.
In all competitions, the midfielder has made 12 appearances, scoring 4 goals and delivering two assist.
