South African giants Orlando Pirates have set sights on securing the services of talented Cape Town City FC player Jaedin Rhodes.
The Soweto giants are keen on strengthening their squad for the new campaign, with Rhodes emerging as a priority target.
The attacking midfielder made 29 appearances across competitions for his outfit, scoring three goals and providing an assist in the just ended season.
Pirates believe Rhodes would be a great fit for the squad and could develop while benefiting the club despite his modest performance in the just ended season with Cape Town City.
Despite seeing an initial bid being rejected, Pirates are expected to submit another offer in an attempt to secure his services this summer.
Rhodes has been with Cape Town City FC since 2022. However, he could end his spell with the club provided the deal goes through in the ongoing window.
