The South African Football Association (SAFA) has announced that South Africa will host Senegal in a friendly match on September 8 as part of the prestigious Nelson Mandela Challenge. The encounter will take place at Orlando Stadium in Soweto, Johannesburg.
Before clashing in this symbolic fixture, both nations will compete in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers:

Senegal will take on Namibia
The Nelson Mandela Challenge Cup is an annual match held in honor of Nelson Mandela, South Africa’s first black president and global icon of peace and reconciliation. In the 2014 edition, Bafana Bafana secured a 2-0 victory over Ivory Coast.
This upcoming match promises to be both competitive and symbolic, celebrating unity and sporting excellence on African soil.
