Zambian captain Christopher Katongo, whose contract with Golden Arrows expired after a brief two-month spell featuring 11 appearances, is poised to remain in South Africa despite his former club’s relegation to the second division.
Reports from Kickoff.com reveal that Katongo is attracting interest from two Premier Soccer League sides, Orlando Pirates and Chippa United. Negotiations with Chippa United are reportedly well underway and expected to conclude soon, potentially securing the forward’s stay in the top flight.
