South Africa international Thulani Hlatshwayo’s reported move to Durban City in the ongoing summer transfer window could hit a snag.
The veteran defender is currently without a club following his departure from fellow South African outfit SuperSport United.
Hlatshwayo has been training with Durban City since last week in an attempt to secure a move to the club before the commencement of the upcoming football campaign.
Having left Durban City’s training camp, the experienced defender will continue to search for a new club before the season start.
The 35-year-old defender has made 412 appearances in his Betway Premiership career, scoring 25 goals and providing nine assists.
Durban City, having secured promotion to the Betway Premiership following a successful campaign in South Africa’s second division, settling on Gavin Hunt as their new head coach.
