The goals that sealed Morocco’s fate were scored by Evidence Macquoya in the 57th minute of the second half, followed by a brilliant free-kick goal from Mokiana in the 90th minute.
The match also witnessed the expulsion of Morocco’s midfielder Amrabat due to a violent intervention against a South African forward in the final minutes of the game.
