Soliman Khaled: Egyptian defender joins Pharco FC on free transfer from Kafr Elzayat
Egyptian centre-back Soliman Khaled has joined Pharco FC on a free transfer from Kafr Elzayat, signing a deal with the club until 30 June 2028.
The 25-year-old defender arrives after a brief spell at Kafr Elzayat, which he joined in January 2026 from Aswan SC. His move to Pharco FC is a permanent transfer and marks the latest step in a career that has already seen him experience both top-flight and loan moves within Egyptian football.
Khaled, born on 24 September 2000, operates primarily as a central defender and adds depth to Pharco’s back line as they look to strengthen their defensive options over the coming seasons. The length of his contract underlines the club’s commitment to integrating him into their long-term plans.
Before his time at Kafr Elzayat, Khaled had signed for Aswan SC in January 2024 after a period without a club. He had previously been on the books of Modern Future, where he was involved in a series of loan spells to Tersana and Baladiya during the 2022-23 campaign, returning to Modern Future each time at the end of those deals.
Earlier in his career, the Egyptian defender also spent time with Pioneers after leaving Talaea El Gaish in 2021 on a free transfer, building experience across different levels of the domestic game.
Khaled’s move to Pharco FC is confirmed as a free transfer, with his contract running through to the end of the 2027-28 season.
