Jordan Ayew, currently on loan at Sochaux from Marseille, has spoken out about his experience with his parent club. In an interview with “The Team,” the Ghanaian striker opened up about the challenges he faced at Marseille, emphasizing the lack of trust and confidence shown towards him by the club.
Ayew expressed his frustration with Marseille’s management, stating, “Always in doubt, in the end, you stay, and each time, they do the same thing to you. There is no consideration, I have never been given any gifts there. The last six months, I couldn’t take it anymore.”
On the other hand, he had positive words for his loan club, Sochaux, describing it as a “family club” where “there are no crooks.” Ayew seems to appreciate the supportive environment at Sochaux compared to his experience at Marseille.
It will be interesting to see how Ayew’s future unfolds, especially when he returns to Marseille after his loan spell with Sochaux concludes.
