On the sidelines of the press conference introducing Jordan Ayew, who joined FC Sochaux Montbéliard on loan from Marseille for six months, the club expressed its intention to make further signings to bolster its position in Ligue 1. President Laurent Pernet mentioned that additional arrivals are possible, contingent on any departures the club may experience.
“We wanted to move quickly. It’s the case. Other recruits will arrive, and there will also be departures,” said Pernet. He went on to announce the upcoming arrival of Zambian players Stoppila Sunzu and Nathan Sinkala on Tuesday, with their official presentation scheduled for Wednesday. The club had already secured an agreement with TP Mazembe for the transfer of the players.
