Slavia Praha make approach for Cameroon winger Rayan Mandengue

Cameroon winger Rayan Mandengue is the subject of reported interest from Slavia Praha after joining Ligue 1 club AJ Auxerre.

The Czech side, who play in the Chance Liga, have been linked with a move for the 20-year-old left winger as he begins his first season with Auxerre’s senior team.

Mandengue joined Auxerre’s first team on 1 July 2026 after spending the previous campaign on loan at QRM. He had initially moved to QRM from Auxerre B in September 2025 before returning to the French club at the end of the loan spell.

During the 2025-26 season, Mandengue made 20 appearances in Ligue 3, scoring four goals and providing three assists. He also made 24 appearances for Auxerre B in National 2 during his development at the club.

The player, born in Douala, has been with Auxerre since joining their youth system in 2021. He progressed through the club’s under-17 and under-19 sides before moving into reserve-team football in 2023.

Mandengue’s current contract with Auxerre runs until 30 June 2028, while his listed market value is €400,000. There is no indication yet of a proposed transfer fee or whether discussions between the clubs have advanced.

Auxerre will now face interest in a player who has only recently moved into their senior squad, with Slavia Praha monitoring his situation.
