Simba Bhora emerged as the standout performer in Zimbabwe’s Premier Soccer League (PSL) on Saturday, May 11, 2024, securing a vital home victory against Ngezi Platinum. Alongside this pivotal win, three additional matches unfolded, shaping the day’s football landscape.

The pivotal moment arrived in the 88th minute when Simba Bhora capitalized on an own goal, propelling themselves into the lead with a 2-1 advantage.

The scoreline remained unaltered, cementing Simba Bhora’s triumphant ascent to the summit of the league table.

With 20 points to their name, they currently hold the provisional top spot, edging past Highlanders FC and Manica, each with 19 points.
