Seven managerial changes made across Egypt’s Professional League and Second Division (B)
Egypt’s Professional League and Second Division (B) clubs have made seven changes to their head-coaching positions in the past few hours.
Five of the changes have come in Second Division (B), while two have taken place in the Professional League.
In Second Division (B), Al Rabat Wal Anwar appointed Mohamed Ibrahim in place of Ahmed Abdel Aziz.
Benha also changed managers, bringing in Hussein Shoukry to replace Tarek El-Sawy. El-Sawy subsequently took charge of Al Merrikh, succeeding Hamada Tolba.
Nogoom Misr appointed Omar Gamal as their new manager after parting company with Hassan Awad.
G also made a change, with Tarek Yehia replacing Fouad Salama.
The Professional League has seen two developments.
Tima FC announced the departure of Mohamed Salah, while La Viena appointed Abdel Rahman Fahmy instead of Ahmed Khairy.
The changes come before the return of competitive action in both divisions.
Second Division (B) matches in its three groups are scheduled to continue next Wednesday.
The eighth round of the Professional League will then be played over next Thursday and Friday.
