Serhou Guirassy and Ramy Bensebaini fully recover ahead of Dortmund’s clash against Stuttgart
Guinean striker Serhou Guirassy and Algerian defender Ramy Bensebaini are fully recovered from various injuries ahead of Borussia Dortmund’s encounter against VfB Stuttgart this weekend.
Both players had skipped their November international duties to focus on rehabilitation, but now look set to be available for Saturday’s home fixture.
According to sources in Germany, Guirassy has made a complete recovery from his thigh issues and is fully integrated into team training.
Bensebaini, who spent the international break addressing back problems, is also making encouraging progress and is expected to rejoin full training during the week.
Their return provides a welcome lift for Dortmund as they prepare for the encounter against Stuttgart.
Dortmund sits third in the German Bundesliga table with 21 points, the same as this weekend’s opponent.
With a lot at stake, Dortmund will be counting a lot on both Serhou Guirassy and Ramy Bensebaini.
The crucial contest is scheduled to kick off at 2:30 pm on Saturday, November 22.
