Senegalese-Italian midfielder Cher Ndour is on the brink of joining Serie A side Bologna as Paris Saint-Germain prepares to recall him from his loan spell at Besiktas.
The 20-year-old, who spent the first half of the 2024/25 season in Turkey, made 12 appearances for Besiktas, scoring once and providing two assists in the Super Lig.
However, his time in Istanbul appears to be coming to an end, with PSG reportedly set to terminate the loan before facilitating a move to Bologna.
According to Calciomercato, the Italian club is keen on securing Ndour’s services for the remainder of the season.
Born in Italy but eligible to represent Senegal at the senior level, the young midfielder has previously featured for Italy’s youth teams. A move to Bologna could provide him with the ideal platform to further develop his talent and stake a claim for international recognition.
An official announcement is expected soon as negotiations progress.
