Senegalese-Spanish winger Mahamadou Baldé joins Levadiakos on loan from PAOK
Levadiakos have completed the signing of Senegalese-Spanish winger Mahamadou Baldé on a season-long loan from PAOK Thessaloniki for the 2026-27 campaign.
The Greek top-flight club confirmed the arrival of the 19-year-old, who will spend the season gaining first-team experience after progressing through PAOK’s youth and reserve ranks.
The move offers Baldé his first opportunity to play regularly in the Greek Super League as he continues his development at senior level.
Levadiakos have secured the talented winger’s services for the entire season, hoping his pace and attacking qualities will strengthen their squad.
Baldé joins after an encouraging campaign with PAOK’s reserve side, where he continued to build on the promise he had shown throughout the club’s academy system.
During the previous season, the winger made 17 appearances for PAOK B, scoring five goals and providing three assists.
His performances highlighted his ability to contribute both as a goalscorer and a creator, earning him the opportunity to take the next step in his career.
Before his promotion to the reserve team, Baldé enjoyed a productive spell with PAOK’s Under-19 side. He registered nine goals and five assists in 27 matches, establishing himself as one of the academy’s most effective attacking players.
His development also included appearances in the UEFA Youth League, where he gained valuable experience against some of Europe’s leading youth teams. Those performances further demonstrated his potential and prepared him for the transition to senior football.
Levadiakos believe the loan agreement will provide Baldé with the competitive environment needed to continue his progress.
Regular football in the Greek first division is expected to play an important role in his development as he adapts to the demands of top-level domestic competition.
For PAOK, the move allows one of their promising young players to gain valuable experience away from the club while continuing his football education in a competitive league.
Baldé now begins a new chapter with Levadiakos, where he will seek to translate his impressive youth and reserve-team performances into consistent displays at first-team level.
The loan represents an important milestone in his career, offering the Senegalese-Spanish winger the chance to establish himself in Greece’s highest division while continuing his progression as one of PAOK’s emerging talents.
