Senegalese attacker, Assane Diao has shared his delight after completing his transfer to Italian Serie A side, Como 1907.
The talented teenager completed a move to the Serie A outfit in a move from Real Betis on Tuesday, January 7.
“Como 1907 is delighted to announce the signing of Assane Diao from Real Betis. The 19-year-old winger, known for his exceptional pace, versatility, and goal-scoring abilities, joins on a four-and-a-half-year contract until the end of the 28/29 season,” the Italian club announced.
Speaking in his first interview, Assane Diao said he is delighted and cannot wait to give the fans joy.
“I am very happy to be here and to join the Como 1907 family. I can’t wait to start and give the fans a lot of joy! I have spoken with Coach Cesc Fabregas several times, we talked and he told me about the club’s project. I am very excited and can’t wait to get on the pitch,” Assane Diao said.
