Senegalese forward Pape Moussa Fall is set to continue his development in Belgian football after securing a season-long loan move to RAAL La Louvière from FC Metz.
The 21-year-old will remain in Belgium for the 2025–2026 campaign, marking a second consecutive loan stint in the country.
Fall spent the previous season with RFC Seraing, where he delivered an impressive tally of 18 goals and four assists across 41 appearances before an unfortunate injury cut his season short.
The forward suffered a cruciate ligament tear during training in January, which brought a premature end to his campaign.
Despite the setback, his performances left a strong impression, prompting newly promoted RAAL La Louvière to move for his services.
According to L’Équipe, FC Metz has agreed to loan the promising striker to the Jupiler Pro League newcomers for the upcoming season.
RAAL La Louvière earned promotion after finishing second in the 2024–25 Challenger Pro League, Belgium’s second division.
The club already boasts a strong Senegalese presence, with national team captain Wagane Faye and midfielder Oucasse Mendy among its ranks.
Fall’s arrival is expected to bolster the team’s attacking options as they prepare for the challenges of top-flight football.
Although he remains under contract with FC Metz, Fall has yet to feature in Ligue 1.
The French club views the loan as a valuable opportunity for the young striker to gain experience and continue his recovery in a competitive environment.
The move represents an important step for Fall, who has been tipped as one of Senegal’s most promising attacking prospects.
If he can recapture the form he displayed before his injury, he could play a key role in RAAL La Louvière’s campaign to establish themselves in Belgium’s top division.
With rehabilitation progressing steadily, the focus now shifts to regaining full fitness in time for pre-season preparations.
Both Metz and La Louvière will be closely monitoring his recovery as he aims to make a strong impact upon his return to the pitch.
