Senegal striker Almamy Fall joins USM Khenchela on free transfer

Senegal centre-forward Almamy Fall has joined Algeria’s USM Khenchela from ASC Jaraaf on a free transfer, completing the move on 3 August 2026.

Fall, 23, arrives after two seasons with ASC Jaraaf, whom he joined from Dakar UC in July 2024. He helped Jaraaf win the Senegalese championship in the 2024-25 season, adding a major honour to a career that began with ASC Damels before spells at D. Diop FC and Dakar UC.

The striker has made 23 Ligue 1 appearances during his career, scoring twice and providing one assist. He has also featured eight times in the CAF Confederation Cup, where he has scored two goals.

Fall’s move takes him from Senegalese football to USM Khenchela’s squad in Algeria’s Ligue 1. He is listed as a right-footed forward and stands 1.83m tall, attributes that form part of the profile he brings to his new club.

His senior career began with ASC Damels, before he moved to D. Diop FC in July 2019. A switch to Dakar UC followed in July 2021, and his performances there led to the move to ASC Jaraaf three years later.

Fall’s previous club was valued at €100,000 in the latest assessment, but no transfer fee was paid for his move to Khenchela. The agreement marks the first recorded change of club for the Senegalese forward since he left Dakar UC for Jaraaf.

USM Khenchela have now secured Fall’s services as he enters the next stage of his career in Algeria. The transfer was completed on 3 August 2026, with the striker leaving ASC Jaraaf after winning the Senegalese title and making appearances in both domestic and continental competition.
