The Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) has finalized a shortlist of five coaches who are in the running to take over the coaching role for the Senegal national football team. The candidates are Aliou Cissé (Senegal), Jacques Santini (France), Alain Giresse (France), Walker Sinke (Germany), and Sven-Göran Eriksson (Sweden). The shortlist has been submitted to the Minister of Sports, Mbagnick Ndiyae, and the next coach will be announced after consultation between the FSF and the Ministry of Sports.
