Sekhukhune United gaffer Eric Tinkler named South African Premier League Coach of the Month for August

Sekhukhune United gaffer Eric Tinkler has been named as the South African Premier League Coach of the Month for August following the club’s flying start to the 2025/26 campaign.

Tinkler and his charges performed admirably last month in the top-flight, with the club securing four wins and one draw in five appearances.

Currently, Sekhukhune United sit top of the Premier League table, accumulating 13 points across the period.

With the international break halting club football, the leadership of the top-flight league has settled on Tinkler as the coach for the month of August.

Sekhukhune United finished among the top eight clubs last season and are looking forward to improving on their performance in the current season.
