Gomis shared the visit on Twitter, stating, “Hello, on a courtesy visit to my convalescent friend @MichelBastos11, just to keep him a little company.” The duo played a few games, with Bastos having the upper hand. After five matches, the Brazilian led 3-2. Bastos humorously acknowledged his gaming prowess on Twitter with, “A nice visit from my guy @BafGomis!! But I’m sorry… THIS IS BASTOS LOL.” The light-hearted interaction showcased the camaraderie among teammates, even during their downtime.
