Seddik Senhadji: Algerian midfielder joins CR Temouchent on free transfer from MC El Bayadh

Algerian defensive midfielder Seddik Senhadji has joined CR Temouchent on a free transfer from MC El Bayadh.

The 25-year-old moves within Algeria after seeing out his time at El Bayadh, switching to a Ligue 1 side who have moved to strengthen their midfield options ahead of the new campaign. The deal is a permanent transfer, with no fee involved between the clubs.

Senhadji, who was born in Oran and stands at 1.72m, is a right-footed holding midfielder and is listed with a market value of €75,000. His arrival gives CR Temouchent added depth in the centre of the pitch, particularly in the screening role in front of the defence.

The move continues a rapid rise through the domestic game for Senhadji. He progressed from MC Oran’s youth ranks to the senior team in 2022, before leaving the club in January 2026. He then joined MC El Bayadh, also on a free transfer, as he sought regular top-flight football.

By bringing in Senhadji, CR Temouchent have secured an experienced Algerian Ligue 1 defensive midfielder on a free transfer ahead of the 2026–27 season.
