Saydou Bangura joins NK Radomlje from NK Istra
Dutch-Guinean centre-forward Saydou Bangura has joined Slovenian club NK Radomlje from Croatia’s NK Istra. The 23-year-old’s move was completed on 19 August 2026, taking him from the SuperSport HNL to Slovenia’s Prva Liga.
Bangura arrives at Radomlje after his spell with NK Istra, where he played in Croatia’s top division. His arrival gives the Slovenian side a forward whose primary position is centre-forward, adding another attacking option to their squad for the new campaign.
The transfer represents a move between clubs in neighbouring Central European football markets, with Bangura leaving Croatia for Slovenia at the age of 23. Radomlje become the latest club in his career as he begins a new chapter in the Prva Liga.
Bangura holds Dutch and Guinean nationality. His listed market value is €250,000, although no transfer fee has been disclosed for the move from Istra.
NK Radomlje compete in the Prva Liga, while Istra operate in the SuperSport HNL. The switch therefore gives Bangura the opportunity to continue his club career in a different national league while remaining within the region.
The deal was completed on 19 August, with Bangura now officially a Radomlje player.
