Samuel Inkoom has caught the attention of Lyon for a potential move next summer, as the French club seeks to acquire him to replace Miguel Lopez.
Currently on loan to Platanias in Greece from FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, Inkoom is no stranger to France, having previously played for Bastia.
The Ghanaian international is also being pursued by West Ham and Werder Bremen. With his contract with the Greek club set to expire at the end of the year, Inkoom faces a decision dilemma. His agent, Christian Emile, has not ruled out the possibility of his return to Ligue 1.
“I cannot disclose the names of the interested clubs, but I can confirm that several major European teams are monitoring him. A return to Ligue 1? It’s a possibility. We will assess what’s best for him. It’s too early to make any decisions at the moment. Samuel is focused on helping his team in Greece before heading to the World Cup with Ghana,” Emile informed footmercato.info.
